Paleo Challenge Begins

I completed 13 rounds, 5 Pull- ups and 2 Push- ups! 8:30a Breakfast - 2 HBE, Handful Pine Nuts, Nectarine, 16 oz H20, 3 fish oil pills, 1 vitamin D pill, 1 baby aspirin pill, 2 gummy multivitamin. 3:30p Lunch - 2 HBE, Handful Walnuts, Handful Green Grapes, 1/2 Bag Salad w/ oil & vinegar, 1 carrot, 16 oz H20. 8:00p Dinner - Grilled Shrimp Salad w/chipolte dressing, 16 oz H20. 10:30p Snack - Banana, 2 Advil Measurements - waist ( belly button height ) = 42.5" and my hips ( center of bottom to hip socket ) = 48", giving me a Waist to Hip Ratio (WHR) = .885. All other measurements were per the BodPod test.
